Importing Corporate Authors with Commas

Is there a way to prevent Zotero from recognizing a comma when importing corporate/institutional authors from RIS? For example, I want "Department of X, Y and Z" or "Company, Inc." to be a single field. Currently it turns those into Last Name, First Name. It seems like there should be some way to escape the commas.

    we're not aware of any such option in RIS -- it's just a very basic import/export format with a number of flaws. Most other formats either specify family and given names separately or at least have escaping (BibTeX).
