Cannot save to Zotero from JAFM

I would like to import the following article:
https://www.jafmonline.net/article_423.html

The imported metadata is fine, but it cannot download the original PDF file. It always downloads the arXiv version of the paper.

Then, I have tried to import directly the PDF file from the PDF webpage:
https://www.jafmonline.net/article_423_413b3f2ba52b979e141edf0330a3b83d.pdf
But it fails:
Zotero Connector: The Debug ID is D919353653.
Zotero Desktop: Debug ID D621202026

Is it possible to get them both working?
