iOS Debug Log: D290799658

I’m having trouble opening new PDFs that I manually added to Zotero on my Windows app from my iPad. This issue never happened before, and I’ve already upgraded my storage, so that's not the problem. I followed all the instructions, but it’s still not working. What can I do? I’m getting frustrated—please help!

    There's no attempt to open a file in there. Are you saying that you get an error when you try to open a file, or are you not seeing a PDF icon at all in the items list on the iPad?

    If the former, we'd need to see a Debug ID for actually trying to open the file and triggering the error.
