Load cannot be displayed after opening

When I double-click to open the article while reading the literature, suddenly there is a blank, and then it is like the above situation. I have tried to turn on failure mode and close the plug-in, but it still cannot start

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.

    If not, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing this after disabling all plugins.

    That doesn't seem to show you opening a file, though.

    Does this happen only for a specific file?

    Can you 1) disable all plugins manually, 2) close all tabs, 3) restart Zotero, and 4) provide a Debug ID just for opening the file that triggers this error?

    After I reinstalled the software, the problem disappeared, and the problem occurred while I was opening the file. Thank you for your help
