Upgrade StorageAPA Style does not work in word

I am desperately in need of help. I have a very long bibliography and tried to insert it in word. I use APA 7th edition style for my master thesis. But when I insert the bibliography via Zotero, nothing is formatted in italics, the DOI is not linked, it just looks like the body text. Can you help me?
I downloaded the newest update from Zotero, I tried to change to a different style and back, I deleted the bibliography and inserted it again. I installed the plugin for word again and also tried the references in another word document. Sometimes its working there, but strangely not always. The only good thing is that it is indented after the author, but the title is never in italics. I really don't know what to do anymore.

For the first issue, try changing to a different style and back.
When you say the DOI is not linked, what do you mean ?
