zotero 7--can't get metadata from doi

i have tried severy times to make sure that zotero 7 can't find metadata from doi ,but pmid worked.
also, when i import PDFs it can't retrieve full bibliographic metadata
one more thing, for those i can't get full metadata, when i get a right doi or pmid, how can i make zotero retrieve right and full metadata automactically?
if these problem can be solved, i will really appreciate!!!

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.

    If the problem still occurs, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that fails, and you should post an example DOI that's not working here.

    Your requests to doi.org were timing out after 30 seconds. This could have been a temporary problem on their end, or there might be a problem with your internet connection. That DOI works for me.

    have checked ,i can connect to doi.org,or can open this site-- https://doi.org/10.1111/prd.12443
    but all these were done through my safari or edge, it do take some time but open the doi.org at last

    If it takes more than 30 seconds, it's going to fail in Zotero, since that's the timeout.

    In general, though, either this is a problem with your internet connection or Safari/Edge are using a different internet connection than Zotero. See Connection Error for the latter. But this isn't a problem in Zotero itself, and there's nothing we can do about it.

    how about the othe two question: improting pdf but can't retrieve metadata, and when i get right doi or pmid for those items with not enough metadata, how can i make it automactically update , or do it manually by myself at least

    PDF metadata retrieval uses the same DOI lookup process, so that would be similarly affected.

    Metadata updating is coming but isn't yet available. For now, creating a new item with Add Item by Identifier, selecting both items, right-clicking, and merging them is the best option.

    wow ,hopfully for the updating !
    but the zotero 6 i used before didn't have these problem ,i just update the software ,without making any net setting changed

    There shouldn't be a difference between Zotero 6 and Zotero 7. You're welcome to test with Zotero 6 from the download page.

    If possible, you should try from a different network.
