Help! My recent library is gone!

I installed Zotero on a new computer and wanted to synchronize it with my library. It synchronized with my old one drive library and rewrote the online Zotero library with the recent putt documents. I don't find the library that I made since I made this account.

I still can see these documents on the old computer. How can I make sure that I don't loose this library. I'm afraid to open my online account on the old computer in case it would adapt to the wrong synchronisation and loose all my articles which I need now.

Syncing doesn't overwrite anything — it just syncs changes you've made in both directions. If you're seeing different data on different computers, you're likely syncing with a different account. You can see the data you have in the online library, and you can see the account you're syncing with in the Sync pane of the Zotero settings on each computer.
