Zotero no longer working in my Microsoft Word 365

I just started using Zotero again after a quite awhile. When I did, it wanted me to update, which I did. It worked for one citation that I entered in a Word document. After that it never worked again even after all the updates to the latest version and after following all the suggestions for getting it to work. I have Window 10. Help.

Zotero is not appearing on my Word document menu so I can access it to enter a citation.
