Some PDF files not syncing to zotero web library

I have just upgraded my storage, but still have difficulties that some PDF files are available in the web library, yet more recent PDFs are not available.

Both the PDF's that are available with the web library and those that are only available locally, are saved in the local Zotero storage (e.g. C:\Users\...\Zotero\storage\M8DQL2J7).

I have followed the steps from the link below, including resetting the sync, which did not solve the issue.

    Update: I resolved the issue by disabling the ZotFile add-on and syncing the entire library again afterwards
