Problem account synchronization

Hello

I downloaded zotero on my work laptop and tried to sign in/sync it with my zotero-account that I use on my private computer and iPad. Although I tried multiple times, it didn’t work (the synchronization between my private laptop and iPad works though). It loads the page, but then there is always this warning that “request timed out”. I tried to submit the error, but it wouldn’t allow me too (the page just freezes and doesn’t load).

This is very frustrating. Could you help me?

If you're having trouble, you may need to speak to your IT department and point them to those pages. It sounds like they're either blocking connections to Zotero servers or are using a networking configuration that Zotero isn't picking up.
