verification account not received

I made a separate account from this one (joppekb2) that is linked to my university account for the upgraded storage. However, on that account I did not receive a verification email. I even linked another email to that account, but I am also not recieving a verification email there. Also, I am posting on this account because think I made a mistake on that account and forgot the password because I also cannot login into that account anymore (and I am also not receiving a reset password email).

If you could kindly help me out, that would be great!
