Sync Error using WebDAV (Debug ID: D1636255123)
I used WebDAV on a mac OS logged in with Zotero account and sync the files with WebDAV. I used the same sync settings on a machine running Windows 11 OS with same credentials for Zotero account and WebDAV.
I got all the items listed in the Zotero panel but unable to open the files. As I located the files, I see the parent folder on both Mac and Windows are the same (e.g., 7HGTK5G7). When I logged into the WebDAV in the browser, I am also able to find both 7HGTK5G7.zip and 7HGTK5G7.prop. The only difference here is there is no corresponding attachments under the folder 7HGTK5G7 on Windows, with only a file named .zotero-ft-unprocessed.
As I checked other relevant questions, this is likely due to the storage limit of the Zotero account, but obviously I am relying on WebDAV to store the attachments and I have also checked my Zotero page to ensure the storage limit is not used up.
The sync settings on mac OS (normally synced and working machine):

The folder containing the attachment with path (right click - show file):

The sync settings on Windows 11 (the one with issues)

The pop up window alerting the error after double click on the item in Zotero:

The content after navigating to the path on File Explorer:

Which step went wrong in my setting?
======
Turns out I wrongly typed the WebDAV link on the Windows Machine. Now problem solved.
