Upgrade StorageAccess denied to zotero group transfer.

Problem: I got an invitation for a zotero group transfer. When I clicked on it, I was asked to log into my account. I logged in with the exact username and credentials the Zotero Group Transfer was sent to. However, afterwards, the link opened a page saying:

Access denied
You do not have access to this area.
How can this be resolved?
