Problems with the plugin

I downloaded Zotero (the latest version), but it doesn't connect to Word. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, I checked on Cite, but the 'Word Processor' option doesn't appear. How can I resolve this issue?

Does the Zotero tab appear in Word? If not, in Zotero Preferences -> Cite you need to scroll to the bottom of the window to see the option to install the Word plugin. If it's not there, post a screenshot of the preferences page and submit a Report ID
