Sliders - pen nib size

I know you can adjust the slider to make the pen nib thicker or thinner' but has anyone else suggessted adding a plus + and minus - on either side of the slider? I love this function but my mobility issues make it hard to control the slider.
Or adding preselections of nib sizes under the pen tool.
