Zotero 7 crashes on startup (Mac OS 14.16.1)
Hi folks, I was prompted to update Zotero to the new version today. Unfortunately, it no longer opens, as it crashes on startup. If anybody has any ideas as to how I can get Zotero 7 to work, I would appreciate it. My database is on a NAS, which is mounted, and was working perfectly with version 6. I am running a MacBook M1 Pro on Mac OS 14.16.1. Thank you for any help!

dstillmanThat's a generic error trying to access the database on the network drive. The best we can suggest is moving the data directory to the local disk if that's an option. Network drives should generally work, but they don't always behave normally. (That's always been the case — not just with Zotero 7.)
