Uable to save all annotation when export as pdf

I add 5 annotation on my file,
however when I export the file to pdf,
only 2 of them can show on the pdf.

Which annotation types are missing, or could any be missing?

Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening?

The annotation is created by 'Add Text' function and
the Debug ID is D2051402856.

Moreover, I found that the annotation is still there but become transparent,
when I double click (or move) the empty space where the 'text' should be,
the annotation appear again, while I need to do this action everytime I open the exported pdf. Thanks
