How to add slight variation to existing Style.
Hello,
I'm trying to add something very simple to Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (note, with Ibid.). I simply require that before the page numbers in Bibliography and Footnote citations, an 'S.' appears.
I am writing in German, and just need to indicate the page numbers ('Seiten' in German). I am absolutely useless with coding and have already tried downloading the style and editing it in the style editor, but I don't even know where to begin with adding something like that.
Can I just edit it in the 'Style Editor'? Or do I need to download the file first like the tutorial says. When I do that, and copy and paste it to the style editor, an 'xml' error occurs.
I apoligise for the potentially ridiculous questions. However, I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance!
