Problems with Table of Contents and Notes in Books

When using the latest version of Zotero 7 to store books with a table of contents, the table of contents is viewable within the attachments (see the image below). However, when I click to create an entry note here, the table of contents turns into a note under the book's entry. I find this problematic because having notes under the book's entry that I didn’t make any notes by myself triggers my OCD. How can I undo this action so that the table of contents remains under the attachments? (if can, please tell me what is causing this issue)

Those aren't from Zotero. They're from a plugin you installed. ZotFile used to create these. I don't know if any current plugins do.
