Request timed out while syncing with WebDAV

I am a user from mainland China. Previously, I did not need to use a VPN proxy service when syncing, but now I need to use an accelerator to sync. Moreover, on my other laptop, I don't need to use a VPN for data syncing either. I suspect that I might have accidentally changed the network system proxy settings in the Zotero software. Is there any way to change it back?
