Upgrade StorageStuck on "Check for Updates"

I tried to update Zotero 6 directly to version 7. I clicked "Help" in Zotero 6 and selected "Check for Updates," but it shows this page and doesn't load to the final step. Could you please help me understand why this is happening? Thank you!
