Replacing Zotero group admin

Thanks so much for your time,

My organisation has had Zotero for some time, with the admin being a staff member who has since left the company. She never transferred admin rights over and is now uncontactable. I would like to become admin myself as a new colleague would like to add her account to our group, would somebody be able to advise if this is possible?
