[Split from Zotero 7 won't open on Windows [caused by Cisco Secure]]

zotero7 won't open on macOS, keeps showing database error, clicking on check for updates shows it's the latest version and then quits the software, how to fix it, uninstalling and reinstalling won't open it.

删除原来文件夹，重新下载仍然打不开软件，是不是系统不适配
Delete the original folder, re-download and still can't open the software, is it a system mismatch?

See the second link. If you have your data directory in a cloud-storage folder, that's the problem, and we can't help you further until you move it out of there.

I don't really know what you're asking here. If you're still getting the "disk I/O error" message, it's due to the location of your data directory.

If there's some other problem, please step back and explain exactly what you're experiencing and where your data directory is stored, and include a screenshot that shows the problem.
