Author name added to citations

Hi please guide me on how possible setting updates, etc.
I am making use of Newcastle Harvard referencing style, but only select items display the author name as part of the intext citation.
I have deleted the item from Zotero, readded and it still displays the author name as part of the citation. The majority of the intext references are displayed correctly.
