Duplicate tab in new window

I opened a document in a new window, and now I want to duplicate that tab in the new window, so I can scroll to another page and easily flip back and forth between the two tabs.

Does that feature exist or can it be added?

    Right-click the page -> Split Horizontally / Split Vertically.

    Thanks. How do I know which of those panes is active and will be moved when I click a chapter in the table of contents?
