Bug: Adding multiple files at once via "Add Attachment / File" results in one the files misnamed
Debug ID: D1367537433
Adding multiple files at once via "Add Attachment / File" results in one of the file names misnamed as "PDF", all other file names are ok.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new entry in Zotero (tested with type "Book" and type "Journal Article" but it does not seem to matter)
2. Right click on new entry and select "Add Attachment"/"File"
3. Select multiple (e.g. three) PDF files of different names at once
4. Observe that all selected PDF files are added to the Zotero entry but one of them will be wrongly renamed to "PDF" while the other keep their original file names.
Fully reproducible. Tested with Firefox on Windows 11.

You can change the attachment title in the righthand pane.
I understand that Zotero 7 shows a different file name behaviour for attached files. Fine for me.
My point here is that the user selects multiple files at once, and that then one (and only one) file name is handled differently to all other file names. This is, to put it mildly, highly unexpected.
At the linked site I could not identify any mentioning of a different file name handling for exactly one of multiple files which the user selects. Would you mind pointing out where this interesting behaviour is defined? Until then, I suspect this is an unintended behaviour aka a bug.
So in your case "The Art of Question Phrasing" would be the first file - I cannot really judge if that makes sense because I rarely have several PDF attachments for one item.
