Exporting libraries in Zotero

Hi,

I am new to Zotero and currently trying to export a library, but when I try to save the file I get the error message "An error occurred while trying to export the selected file". I've tried updating Zotero, removing plugins etc but nothing seems to work.
I am using Windows if that helps.

    Export in what format?

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins, and make sure you're selecting one of the built-in export formats.

    If the problem still occurs, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing it.

    (Just to be clear, also note than export isn't a backup.)

    I'm using Betterbib so .bib.

    Right, we can't help with that. For problems with a plugin, you'll need to contact the plugin developer.
