Not syncing attached files

I just downloaded Zotero on my iPad, but I couldn't open most files. I went to my computer (the source of the files) and saw that they haven't been uploaded to the server online. I followed the steps of this file:

But it still doesn't work.

    It's just exactly what it says at the top of that page. You're at your file-storage quota.
