Copying a bibliography written in another program to Zotero

The bibliography that I have written in Endnote before is ready in Word, but I want to continue with Zotero. Now how do I copy all of them one by one into the database before entering Zotero, can anyone help?

You'd need to export your library from EndNote and import into Zotero.
Note that you'd have to manually reinsert all the citations with Zotero.
