Upgrade StorageReader page thumbnails
They are slow to render. For the 1500-page IPBES document it is minutes.
Acrobat is instant.
Zotero reader seems to be generating thumbnails from the start, sequentially. It might be better to do it where the user is looking.
Not sure what else might improve performance.
