Feature Request: All author categories on all Item Types

Feature request: Enable users to choose from all Author categories in any Item type.
As an example Blog Post doesn't allow for the "Editor" Author category, meaning missing reference information.

It would be ideal to be able to choose any Author category we need, rather than be restricted to a pre-selected few based on Item Type.

You can enter any creator type in Extra like this:

Editor: Last || First A., Jr.
