Citation Style for "PharmacoEconomics" Journal Not Corresponding with Submission Guidelines
Hello,
I am currently preparing a paper for a submission with the journal "PharmacoEconomics" (https://link.springer.com/journal/40273). While checking the list of references in the manuscript, I noticed that Zotero's "PharmacoEconomics" citation style for the list of references does not correspond with the journal's submission guidelines (https://link.springer.com/journal/40273/submission-guidelines).
I am using Zotero 6.0.37, the MS Word plugin, and the default "PharmacoEconomics" style available through the Zotero application (last updated 18/05/2014) without any modifications.
The issues are the following:
1. DOIs are not included (even if available in the metadata information), even though this is required by the submission guidelines;
2. Zotero defaults to include "[Internet] [...] [cited $date] [...] Available from: $URL" for any source whose metadata information contains an URL. This happens indiscriminately for all item types, even though the submission guidelines only require it for online documents.
For those, the required reference list citation is: "Doe J. Title of subordinate document. In: The dictionary of substances and their effects. Royal Society of Chemistry. 1999. http://www.rsc.org/dose/title of subordinate document. Accessed 15 Jan 1999." (Example taken from the guidelines)
Would it be possible to adjust/update the citation style in Zotero for "PharmacoEconomics" so that it follows its submission guidelines?
Many thanks in advance for your feedback. Please let me know if you require further information.

With regard to my post above, I would like to reiterate my request in the original post. Based on the issues described, I am adding the requirements for the reference list based on the submission guidelines of PharmacoEconomics (quoted directly):
"If available, please always include DOIs as full DOI links in your reference list (e.g. “https://doi.org/abc”).

Would it be possible to adapt the PharmacoEconomics citation style in Zotero accordingly?
Thank you very much in advance for your feedback!
