Upgrade StorageBorders of menus not clear in dark mode
I am often confused by where the boundaries of the menus are in dark mode:

The background color of the menus is the same as the rest of the UI, and the black border is nearly invisible.
In Thunderbird, the border of the menus is a lighter grey color, and the background is also less dark, which is easier to distinguish:

In Firefox, it is the same, with an even lighter grey for the background of the menus:

Is it possible to improve the visibility of the menus in dark mode?
It is the same problem also for all the separate windows, like the Debug Output or PDF Reader windows.
