Will we ever get the opportunity to write our annotations straight to the PDF file we're working with? I'd love to be able to open a PDF in an external reader and still have my notes.

The export PDF function is great, I'm not sure how I missed it. Maybe I'll write a script that allows me to export my annotations to file after I finish annotating a document. Or I'll just reconfigure my reading process... the PDF reader on Zotero has come a long way.
