Upgrade StorageWeb Library and Group Libraries not displaying online
Hello, I can't see my Web Library online on Chrome or Safari (17.6). When I click on the Web Library tab, I see a white page with a Z. I can't see the whole Group Libraries that I'm a member of either. I can only see a partial version (some of the items), but when I click on the link Group Library, I see a white page with a Z as well. I can't add references to the Group Libraries either (although I have the right to do so). However, I can see all this on my computer. On my laptop, I can see the Group Libraries that I'm a member, and I can add and delete items. After synchronising, I see online that the number of items changed in the Group Library, and thus that I have added and deleted items. Do I need any special Java plugins? JavaScript is enabled in Safari, at least. Thank you for any help!
