You or a plugin you used somehow added a zotero://open-pdf URI as a relation. That's not valid and won't sync. You'll need to fix that if you want to continue syncing.
You can find the item in question by pasting "LV6MVZIE" into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, though there may be other similarly affected items.
I find the annotation item in my pdf file and delete it, but the errors are still here. I am using a plugin(Zotero Better Notes) that add bi-directional links between two annotations.
