Collapse all collections within a library

When using the shortcut - in the Collections Pane, I would expect it to display all the top level collections within the library, in the same way as the shortcut in the Items Tree displays the list of parent items. But at the moment, it collapses all the collections and also collapses the library.

I can achieve the behaviour I want by pressing - and then Right Arrow. But I would find it more intuitive and useful if the shortcut would only collapse the collections and not the library.
In most cases, I just want to continue working within the same library. So I do not want to collapse the library.

If I wanted to collapse the library, I would simply use the Left Arrow while the library is selected.
