Zotero Unresponsive Issue after Network Change - Error Report ID: 1829647842
Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with Zotero becoming unresponsive after changing network connections. I've noticed that the problem does not occur when I disable all plugins, and Zotero works fine in Troubleshooting Mode. However, after re-enabling the plugins and changing the network connection, the "unresponsive" issue reappears.
Here are some details:
Zotero Version: [7.0.2 (64-bit)]
Operating System: [win 10]
Error Report ID: 1829647842
Plugins: [List of active plugins or mention if you re-enabled all plugins]
Error Messages:
[unrelated errors removed — D.S.]
Steps to Reproduce:
Start Zotero with all plugins disabled – no issues occur.
Re-enable plugins – Zotero still functions normally.
Change the network connection – Zotero becomes unresponsive.
I've checked the plugin directory and language settings, but the issue persists. Any guidance on how to resolve this or what might be causing the problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards
