MacWord integration after firefox 3.6 upgrade

Since I upgraded to firefox 3.6 the other day, I get the following message whenever I open a new browser window:

The Zotero MacWord Integration installation succeeded, but a necessary component does not appear to be loaded properly.

Zotero can attempt to correct this for you. A Firefox restart will be required. Continue?

clicking "continue" doesn't fix it. Any suggestions?
