Zotero 7: Buttons in “Manage Lookup Engines…” window are not visible with more engines

Trying to reproduce this issue, I replaced the original engines.json by bwiernik's list. I can open the “Manage Lookup Engines…” window, but the buttons at the bottom are not available with the default size, and no scrollbar is available:

I have to vertically resize the window to see the buttons:
