【bug】This account often prompts credentials to be invalid when logging in

I have confirmed that the account password entered is correct
  • Are you talking about logging into the website or setting up syncing in the desktop app?
  • This situation occurred when logging into Zotero's cloud storage and desktop applications, as well as when logging into Zotero's account
  • It looks like you just reset your password, but I'm not seeing any failed login attempts from you.

    Most likely you were just entering your username or password incorrectly. If you can reproduce this in the desktop app, we'd want to see a Debug ID for an attempt to set up syncing.
