Upgrade StorageExport Error and Issues with PDF Attachment
Hi everyone,
I encountered a problem while trying to export my library for backup purposes. After choosing the export location and confirming the export, I received an error message saying, "Problems with the export." I noticed that an export folder was created, but the size of the RIS file is smaller than the RIS file from the previous backup. This leads me to believe that the export wasn't completed successfully.
The reason I wanted to create a backup is that I have been having trouble linking a PDF to an item via drag and drop—it hasn’t been working after several attempts. Additionally, I am unable to access the right-click options for this specific item, while the right-click options for other items are working fine.
I'm concerned that I may have lost all the progress made since the last backup. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
