Sorry, I'm not clear what you're asking here. You should also not expect us to know what "EasyScholar" is.

Can you provide precise steps to reproduce whatever problem you're seeing, and also provide a screenshot with all plugins disabled that shows the problem in Zotero? If this is about saving data to Zotero from the web, we also always need an example URL.

Okay, please wait a minute, EasyScholar is a website that provides an interface for journal grades, and you can see the journal label on the far right of the figure below by filling in the key。But for the paper I chose to be blue, it didn't show its journal grade in Zotero.
