Unlinked all citations

Hi, I have accidentally unlinked all my intext citations for my thesis! They are Vancouver style and so numerical so I can’t even trace them back by author/ year
Is there any way I can retrieve these links? It’s weeks worth of work

    It might be too late now, but if this happens in the future, you can always just close the document without saving it. It might have auto-saved at this point, though.

    If you haven't closed the document, you can also try undoing, but otherwise you'd need to revert to a version of the document from before you did this.
