Doesn't sync windows

I have a new laptop and both have the latest version of zotero. I can't sync my library fo my master thesis :(
There is no error or something. It just doesn't work..

(Note that the account you're posting from has no data in the online library, so you never synced — at least with this account — from the computer where you were using Zotero previously.)

Thank you! So how do I upload my library to the web library?

You need to sync the computer you were using before, where your Zotero library actually exists.

Yes thank you so much, it worked. I didn’t know that I have „two accounts“

I'd recommend deleting this empty account to avoid future confusion. You can add multiple addresses to your account from your account settings.
