Rename files imported

I recently imported my qiqqa library into Zotero. I would like the old attachment name and filenames to be consistent with references added directly to the Zotero library. It seems that there is no way to force an attachment or filename rename (individually or in batch) with the incompatibility of ZotFile in Zotero 7. I have read a few places that I should be able to right click on something to force a rename, but I cannot find that feature anywhere. Maybe it's outdated information or there is a pluggin that I need.

I apologize for the confusion and appreciate the help. I was trying to apply a consistent filename convention across all references in my library. To be clear up front, I have solved my problem with a workaround.

I was able to use ZotFile in a legacy installation of Zotero 6. ZotFile provides the ability to force a filename change on pdf references that are already in the library to apply a consistent naming convention across all references.

ZotFile is not compatible with Zotero 7. Zotero 7 does provide file renaming with a user defined filename format on all reference files added to the library. However, I cannot find a way to apply the user defined filename format on references that are already in the library. If this feature is available, I would still like to know since I just used a workaround which may not be available in the future.

The plugins that replace Zotfile in Zotero v7 are zotmoov or attanger. There are minor variations in how invoke they invoke attachment file renaming (which is actually performed by Zotero in v7 - see below). You can try both plugins and see which does what you want.

I don't see either plugin available any longer. Also, I have set the customized filename format to my preferred filename. I just need a way to execute file renaming on files already in the library.
