DOI Lookup Error
Hello,
I am not able to use the DOI lookup function on Zotero at all, but I had no issues two days ago. I have submitted two Error Reports: 1) Id: 47778258, 2) ID: 573170075. Debug message says: [JavaScript Error: "No items returned from any translator"]
What I Did:
-Opened Zotero
-Copied the DOI of an article I need to cite from the online link: https://doi.org/10.1207/S15327809JLS1101_4
-Received the following error message: "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."
-I tried again, typing the DOI by hand instead of copy/paste, got the same error message.
-Tried a different DOI (https://doi.org/10.1207/s15327809jls1301_1). Same error message (SEM).
-Tried a DOI from an article already in my Zotero library. SEM.
-Allowed for debug logging.
-Checked for updates and updated Zotero. SEM.
-Restarted my whole computer. SEM.
-Tried using Zotero online. SEM.
-Allowed Zotero to access outside of my network's firewall. SEM.
-Installed Zotero 64-bit, which replaced the older version. SEM.
-Tried an ISBN number. That worked.
-Using the Zotero Connector to add an article also worked. The only thing that isn't is the magic wand function when inputting verified DOIs.
I am not sure what to do at this point. I have an IT ticket in with the folks who manage our network, but not sure if they are going to be able to help. I am working on a literature review for a grant that is due soon, so any help would be appreciated.
