APA Formatting Different in Web vs. Desktop
I've noticed that Zotero generates slightly different APA references for items of type "Report" when using the web library vs. the desktop app. Specifically, a reference generated from the web library includes the "Archive" field, while a reference generated from the desktop app does not. Please see the example below:
Web:
Merola, S. S. (2005). The problem of measuring SES on educational assessments (ED498924). ERIC. https://eric.ed.gov/?id=ED498924
Desktop:
Merola, S. S. (2005). The problem of measuring SES on educational assessments (ED498924). https://eric.ed.gov/?id=ED498924
I believe the "archive" should be included in both, but either way, is there a reason the formatting would differ depending on which version of Zotero generated it?
Thank you!

bwiernikLooks like I inadvertently removed the archive variable here in a recent update to the APA CSL style (you’ve got an older version of the style on your desktop installation somehow, hence the difference). Will fix.

dstillman@bwiernik: It's the other way around, no? The web style is out of date, from before this change. It looks like those styles aren't currently updating properly. We'll fix.

bwiernikAh yes you’re right

tflynn17Great, thank you both for your response and for looking into it!

bwiernikThis is fixed in the APA style in the CSL repository. Your style in desktop Zotero should update within the next few hours.
