7.0.1 italics in tab headers

Just updated to Zotero 7 and have one little thing--italics tags are visible in tab headers (see below). Cannot remember if they were or weren't in previous versions, but if it's bothering me I imagine they weren't--either way would appreciate seeing the italics like in the info pane!

Window titles can’t contain rich text, but we could remove the tags when setting the window title.

Thank you. That would be very helpful, especially for the title containing the 'nocase' label.
