Web Library: The PDF Reader automatically refreshes additions but not deletions from the desktop

I have first added the 3 highlights in the left column in the desktop reader:

I have then synced, and confirmed that the new highlights are visible in the PDF Reader of the Web Library:

Then leaving the PDF Reader of the Web Library opened, I have deleted the blue highlight and added the green highlight in the right column:

Then synced again.
The Added green highlight automatically appears in the web library, but the deleted blue highlight is still there:

If I refresh the page in the web library, all the changes appear correctly:

Is it possible to automatically refresh all changes (additions and deletions) without having to refresh the page?

Thanks for the the detailed report. You're correct, removed annotations should also be automatically deleted in the web library shortly after syncing. We will investigate.
